This is my tidy stack of borrowed or purchased books that have remained unopened or unfinished, some for longer than a year. Now I'm in the middle of the billionth summer that has started with a goal to read more, and I haven't.
Oh, good grief, those are some good books you're ignoring. Start with "The Year of Living Biblically" NOW! And read "The Omnivore's Dilemma," but only when you're ready to change the way you eat.
petra...we're already filled with mourning about the food industry after 'in defense of food' by the same guy, but i'm excited for 'the omnivore's dilemma.' i'm telling myself i'll get started once we're done with packing up boxes and are settled in our new apartment.
There are gazillions of places on the Internet for showing off things that have been completed. These places do a number on my self-esteem. So this is a site for showcasing the unfinished projects, the dust bunnies on my to-do list. It's not about celebrating mediocrity...it's about acknowledging good intentions. This is the opposite of a craft blog. This is Business Unfinished.

This is like my whole life. I'll never get through my stack.
I have The Omnivore's Dilemma, half-finished, in the bookpile beside my bed. I AM GOING TO READ IT THOUGH. IT'S IMPORTANT. I just get so sleepy.
In a nutshell: eat healthy food and follow the commandments. Now finish Po Bronson.
