No, I'm not mega-ultra popular; I just chronically save emails as new and tell myself I'll respond or deal with them later. The oldest new email in my inbox is from my birthday...in 2006...
Don't worry about it. My dad just recently hired a lady from the ward down home to do some administrative stuff for him. She had to go through his Hotmail account and clear out over 1,000 (I'm not kidding--my mother was so embarrassed) new emails. He had about 3,000 total, but only a third of them were new. YIKES!
This is hilarious! I totally do that too, but I only have about 20 something as "new" right now.... Oh and I love this blog! I have tons of unfinished projects myself, and a whole bag of vintage clothing I have planned to alter for the past 3 years. I even started this skirt w/ straps thing a year and ahalf ago, with only one more detail left to do, and it still sits on my mannequin. I can't even wear it now b/c I am pregnant! I hope I fit into it afterwards!!! ahhh! Anyway, as much as I and other post these projects, I am sure for every finished project you see, there are several unfinished ones:)!
There are gazillions of places on the Internet for showing off things that have been completed. These places do a number on my self-esteem. So this is a site for showcasing the unfinished projects, the dust bunnies on my to-do list. It's not about celebrating mediocrity...it's about acknowledging good intentions. This is the opposite of a craft blog. This is Business Unfinished.
