I'm calling it mood lighting, but really it's just dark in our kitchen because we haven't changed the burned-out bulb yet.

What to Expect
There are gazillions of places on the Internet for showing off things that have been completed. These places do a number on my self-esteem. So this is a site for showcasing the unfinished projects, the dust bunnies on my to-do list. It's not about celebrating mediocrity...it's about acknowledging good intentions. This is the opposite of a craft blog. This is Business Unfinished.

haha, no...did you think i'd never finished the dishes or maren's shots? that would be nuts even for me. :) maybe i should start adding an update on things i do get done.
"mood lighting" is perfect for hiding less than clean kitchens! It's perfect!
OK, you win. I finally changed the burned out light bulb in my kitchen just YESTERDAY. (OK, so I made my husband go out and buy the bulbs AND replace them.) But I let my family eat in the dark for a good 3 weeks. Can you do better than that? Huh?

Reminding me that I've got a light bulb that needs changing: bedside lamp. Been out for at least 5 days, but I just bug DH to turn his on & off for me. Probably is better for our marriage if I just change the dang light bulb in MY lamp.
